	Read out fault memory Prerequisites: Retarder step switch in position 0 Vehicle at standstill Turn system selector switch to Retarder position (see electrical key) Drive switch on (drive switch to step 2, drive position) Fault code output via retarder check lights: Hold down check key (red) for at least two seconds. Notes: Long flashes (2 seconds) correspond to the tens position Short flashes (0.5 seconds) correspond to the ones position If a number of faults is stored, then these will be output in the chronological order in which they occurred, and each fault must be called up individually using the check key.
	Example of a flashing code output (Retarder check lights) 0 Retarder check lights off 1 Retarder check lights on 2 two long flashes 3 three short flashes Meaning of this flashing code (two long flashes, one short flash) => 23 => "Proportional valve fault 1"
	Clear fault memory Press and hold down the check key with the drive switch at off, Switch on the drive switch (step 2, drive position), release the check key after at least two seconds.
